Simply mail the details of your event to the address shown on our contact page at least one week prior to the start of your event.  Please note "Community Calendar" on the envelope.  The earlier you send us your event the better.  Remember....you can post events up to 5 years in advance! Back to Top New York Classifieds Who may post classified listings ?  Any individual who resides in the state of New York and has an email address.  If you don't have a computer or e-address of your own, simply visit your local Library to use their online computers and then set up a free Yahoo mail account. Anyone 16 years old or older may post an ad.  Any person residing outside of the state of New York must post under the "Other Location" of each section.  If you are searching for a relative, birth parents etc., you should post in the "Lost Connections" section. Yes there is a form of charge.  The charge is $9.95 for a 90 day reply subscription. This enables you to reply to any ad as many times as you choose for a period of 90 days. We will never CHARGE for posting a personal listing. If you wish to reply to a "Lost Connection" ad, please contact our admin first as we will waive fees to reply to these ads providing you are an adoptee attempting to locate your biological parent or parent searching for children. You may list for either 30, 60, or 90 days with unlimited renewals. Note: If your initial listing was for 30 days, then your renewal would be for 30 days. Same for 60 and 90. Unlike other personals that automatically sign you up and notify you when you have a match, we let you be the judge of this.  If you would like to be notified when a posting profile matches who you are looking for, simply click on the "Matchmaker" link and fill in the details for the type of person you're looking for.  You can modify or delete this profile anytime you choose. Any individual may post here although non New York residents and residents listing property Outside of NY must post in the "Out of State" rental or sales areas.  Did this answer your question? Each Real Estate listing runs for 60 days and will expire at that time unless you renew. During this period you may modify or delete your listing whenever you choose. If you are placing a rental listing or roommate wanted, please cancel the listing when you find a roommate or rent your property. For privacy reasons, email addresses are not shown. Back to Top Is there a R/E listing fee? Yes there is a listing fee.  The listing fee is $12.95 for each 60 day listing and you may renew each listing for another 60 days for $9.95. Yes we can for an additional $5.00 fee.  Send us the information about your R/E along with any photos, contact info, prefered password and an email address to the address on our contact page. Be sure to include a check or Money Order for full payment.  For now the total amount would be $5.00 US. If we implement a global listing fee, it would be $17.95 for initial listings and $14.95 for renewals.
